In March 2017 I helped TouchNote (the world’s most popular postcard-sending app) roll out their new branding across all assets and customer touchpoints.
The rebrand concept was done by Big Fish, so I had access to a completely fresh set of branding guidelines, ready and waiting to use. Under the direction of TouchNote’s in-house Content Manager, I systematically followed a priority plan, which included rewriting every facet of business comms. We’re talking push notifications and packaging, to sites, apps and triggered emails. The whole caboodle.
Needless to say, this was an absolute dream project to work on. Aside from having an office stocked with almost every kind of nut butter you can imagine, the TouchNote team are a lively, caring and inspirational bunch that genuinely live and breathe their brand.
The project lasted around two months in total. Here’s a taster of the end result:
